Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 0.79mm; excluding ovipositor, 0.73mm ( CPD) .

Head dark brown to black with a weak to moderate metallic lustre; occiput with a weak brassy sheen; frontovertex generally metallic dark green mixed coppery, area between posterior ocelli and occipital margin coppery; area above scrobes coppery; scrobal area, temple and gena with a weak coppery sheen, interantennal prominence coppery purple; frontovertex with a few, inconspicuous, scattered, brown setae; gena and interantennal prominence with a few scattered, very inconspicuous, brown setae; maxillary palpus white; radicle orange-brown to dark brown; scape mostly dark brown, apical 0.3X pale yellow; pedicel and flagellum pale yellow, clava slightly dusky; thorax dark brown to black with a metallic lustre; pronotum with a weak coppery sheen; mesoscutum relatively bright metallic dark green mixed coppery especially near margins and in posterior half; tegula dark purple-brown with a weak brassy sheen; axilla with a weak coppery purple and brassy sheen; scutellum dorsally virtually matt, but with a very weak coppery purple sheen, extreme side and apex weakly shining and slightly brassy; mesopleuron with a moderate purple sheen; all coxae white, hind coxa slightly dusky proximally; fore femur and tibia white to very pale yellow, tarsus slightly dusky, pale orange; mid femur white with a narrow, incomplete, dark brown subapical band, tibia white to pale orange with a narrow, subbasal dark, brown band, spur and tarsus very pale orange, apical tarsomere slightly dusky; hind femur white with a slightly oblique, narrow, brown, subapical band, tibia white with a narrow, brown, subbasal band, tarsus very pale yellow, apical tarsomere slightly dusky; wings mainly hyaline, but fore wing with a small, very faint, pale fuscous patch below the marginal and stigmal veins( Fig. 276); propodeum dark brown with a weak purple sheen; gaster dorsally purple-brown with coppery purple and green reflections, Gt1-Gt3 medially pale yellow, side and venter mostly dark brown, but basal sternites pale yellow; gonostylus dark brown.

Head ( Fig. 277) about 2.3X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.6X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 105° with that of face; occipital margin more or less sharp, not carinate; no distinct oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 95°; frontovertex not widening in front of anterior ocellus, with distinct polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size subequal to, or a little smaller, than eye facet, not shallower above top of scrobes; temple and gena with slightly shallower, longitudinally elongate, fine polygonally reticulate sculpture; top of scrobes with distinct, regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture; interantennal prominence and mouth margin with slightly shallower, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes shallow, indistinctly margined, broadly ∩-shaped; interantennal prominence dorsally rounded; antenna as in Fig. 275; scape very slightly broadened and flattened, about 2.7X as long as broad; funicle with F1-F5, relatively small, F6 largest and quadrate or very slightly longer than broad; linear sensilla present on F4-F6 or missing from F5; clava moderately slender, about 3.2X as long as broad, about 1.5X as wide as F6, not downcurved ventrally, very slightly longer than funicle, sutures parallel, sensory area relatively small, at apex only; eye slightly overreaching occipital margin, clothed with dense, conspicuous setae, each slightly longer than diameter of facet; malar sulcus absent; clypeal margin evenly quite strongly concave; mandible with two acute teeth and an upper obtuse tooth; palp formula 3-2.
