Abdominal tergites dark brown. Terminalia ( Figs. 16A–C View FIGURES 16 ) dark brown. Left surstylus (Figs.B, D) long banded, with a cluster of 8 long, pointed inner teeth basally and a cluster of 10 long, pointed inner teeth apically. Right surstylus ( Figs. 16C, E View FIGURES 16 ) slightly square, with wavy apical edge, 4 long inner teeth on dorso-apical corner.
Female. Unknown.
Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin words margo (edge) and fluctus (wavy), indicating right surstylus feature.
Specimens examined. Holotype, ♂, Shanxi, Qinshui, Lishan , 19-Jul-2012, Lixin Su.
Distribution. China (Shanxi).
Remarks. The species can be distinguished from other species of the genus by long banded left surstylus and its distribution of inner teeth, the wavy edge of right surstylus. In the keys of Disney (1990) and Michailovskaya (2000), the species will not run out to any species.
