Holotype M: Santo Antonio do Içá , Amazonas , Brazil ( NMNH) (Type locality corrected with corresponding Portuguese orthography. Previous record under “ Santo Antonio do Ica ”).
Distribution in South America: Brazil, Ecuador, French Guiana, Peru, Republic of Suriname.
