Holotype M: São Miguel do Guamá, Pará , Brazil ( NMNH) ( The type locality is here modified to follow a correct Portuguese orthography, such as " São ", "Guamá" and " Pará ". Previous record under: Sao Miguel do Guama, Para, Brazil).

Distribution in South America: Brazil, French Guiana.
