Diagnosis. Wingspan ♂ 16 mm, ♀ 23–24 mm. C. flavalba differs from congeners by having pure white wings in both sexes; forewing with two dark discocellular spots; four slender yellow lines, without dark edged; in male genitalia, uncus short; valvae tapered, rounded apex; saccular process slender, with short apical spine, almost same length with valvae; aedeagus short, stout, and vesica with two group of longer spines and scobination; in female genitalia, corpus bursae globular, membranous, without signum.

Distribution. Cambodia (Bokor, Kep), Laos, Thailand, peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, China.
Remarks. This species was reported from Cambodia by Bucsek (2012).
