Entoloma View in CoL View at ENA subgenus Cyanula (Romagn.) Noordel.
Members of Entoloma subgen. Cyanula occur all over the world. They often have striking colours like blue, pink, yellow, green, or violet. Noordeloos & Gates (2012) established the species concept mainly based on colour, surface structure of the pileus and stipe, basidiospore size, and shape and nature of the lamella edge. Similar morphospecies may be found in various continents, such as E. chalybeum (Pers.) Noordeloos (1982a) , which cannot or have hardly been distinguished, despite the fact that they might differ molecularly. A lot of work still has to be done in that respect. The present paper introduces three species from the current region, one of them being described as new.
