Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 8 – 13 ) wingspan 20.0–21.5 mm. This species is similar to D. bulawskii Ponomarenko & Park, 1996 superficially. It is easily differentiated from D. bulawskii by the vinculum without lateral lobes and the aedeagus with two sclerotized lobes from the zone in the male genitalia ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 20 – 25 ), and the eighth tergite straight on the posterior margin in the female genitalia ( Fig. 34 View FIGURES 31 – 34 ). In D. bulawskii , the vinculum has two asymmetrical lateral lobes, the aedeagus bears four sclerotized lobes from the zone, and the female eighth tergite has sclerotized quadrate plate on the posterior margin ( Ponomarenko & Park 1996: 114, Figs 1, 5–8 View FIGURES 1 – 7 View FIGURES 8 – 13 ).
