Description. Body length (including forewing): ɗ, 5.3–5.4mm. Vertex ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 1 – 15 ) mostly blackish ochreous, with small whitish patches near anterior margin and middle of lateral margin. Forewing ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 1 – 15 ), mostly dark ochreous, with whitish patch near costal margin; clavus with yellowish green patch.
Male pygofer ( Figs. 26 View FIGURES 16 – 30 , 33 View FIGURES 31 – 33 ) with slender ventral process arising near base, about two-thirds length of ventral margin in lateral view; caudal margin with large forked process near apex of pygofer in addition to the ventral process. Aedeagal shaft ( Figs 27, 28 View FIGURES 16 – 30 ) in ventral view with paired apical processes remarkably elongated and recurved anteriorly, more than half of circle, fishhook-like in shape. Other characteristics as shown in Figs 11–15 View FIGURES 1 – 15 , 26–30 View FIGURES 16 – 30 , 33 View FIGURES 31 – 33 .
Type material. THAILAND: Holotype ɗ (QSBG), Lampang, Chae Son, 487m, 1–8.viii.2007, coll. Bumuen Kwunnui & Acharaporn Sukpeng. Paratype: 1ɗ (NWAFU), same data as holotype except 485m, 1–7.xi.2007.
Remarks. This species can be easily recognized by the blackish ochreous vertex with three whitish patches, the remarkably recurved apical processes of aedeagal shaft, and the large forked process on the caudal margin near apex of pygofer in addition to the ventral process.
Etymology. The specific name refers to the remarkably recurved apical processes of aedeagus.
