( Figs 1A View FIGURE 1 , 4E View FIGURE 4 )

Diagnosis. This species is easily recognized by having the digitus short, the aedeagal ventral valve very narrow with apex slightly curved laterad, the basivolsellar protuberance poorly projected, the inner median filament anterior to the aedeagal dorsal lobes and the basal cover plate incurved medially.

Description. Head. Mandible with two distal teeth. Median clypeal lobe trapezoidal, with one angulate tooth; median clypeal carina high in profile, incomplete apically, straight in profile or nearly so. Frons weakly coriaceous, punctures small and sparse. Vertex crest straight or nearly so. Dorsal pronotal area with anterior margin coarse. Tergal process submedian, consisting of tuft with few setae, inside a depression. Posterior hypopygeal margin straight or nearly so. Genitalia. Harpe entirely narrow, apical margin straight, abaxial margin not projected; gonostipes shorter than harpe, ventral margin not excavated until outer margin of basivolsella; digitus short, basidorsal corner poorly projected; basivolsella poorly delimited with wide protuberance, without spines; aedeagal ventral valve with apex anterior to apex of dorsal one, wide, progressively narrowing apicad; inner margin outcurved; outer margin outcurved, curved laterad; aedeagal dorsal valve narrow, with two pairs of apical lobe; outer lobe long, very narrow, apical margin acute and posterad; apex of inner median filament anterior to apex of lobe, directed posterad; basal cover plate entirely narrow, posterior margin broadly rounded; apodeme not extending beyond genital ring.

Variations. Median clypeal lobe subtrapezoidal, tergal process with long and few setae or with a dense tuft of setae similar to coronatus species-group, harpe wider and slightly sinuous, apex more excavated, aedeagal dorsal valve more robust, aedeagal dorsal lobes longer, basivolsellar protuberance wider and in some cases difficult to distinguish it, basal cover plate narrower and incurved medially.

Distribution. Ecuador.

Etymology. This species is named after the botanist Graziela Maciel Barroso, one of the greatest Brazilian plant taxonomists.

Remarks. It is similar to D. boriae sp. nov. by having the dorsal margin of harpe straight and entirely narrow, the basal cover plate incurved medially, and the aedeagal dorsal lobes long. However, D. grazieliae sp. nov. has the apex of inner median filament anterior to apex aedeagal dorsal lobes, digitus narrow, basivolsellar protuberance wide and the ventral margin of the gonostipes not deeply excavated, whereas, D. boriae sp. nov. has the apex of inner median filament almost aligned with apex of aedeagal dorsal lobes, the ventral margin of gonostipes deeply excavated, the digitus wide, and basivolsellar protuberance pointed.
