Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 8.7 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus, occiput and anterior region of frons reddish; antenna black, except scape and pedicel reddish, junction between flagellomeres 1–2 testaceous, distal extremity and proximal half of flagellomere 2 yellow, flagellomere 8 yellow; prothorax brown-reddish; mesoscutum black, except lateral regions brown-reddish; mesosternum reddish-dark; rest of mesosoma black; metasoma black, except some reddish regions; legs black, except junctions and tarsi reddish. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:7:58:33:24:14:11:8:8:10. Head dull, granulate, with tracks of irregular keels on frons; frontal line present; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3.5; OOL = 11; OPL = 2; TL = 7; lateral ocelli situated behind virtual straight line joining posterior edges of eyes; posterior margin of vertex convex. Pronotum dull, granulate, with numerous longitudinal striae around disc, crossed by strong posterior transverse impression and strong anterior transverse impression; posterior collar long; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with numerous slight longitudinal keels. Notauli incomplete, slightly visible, almost reaching posterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate and with numerous longitudinal keels. Metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc completely reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two incomplete longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 28:5:10:23:38. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 141C View FIGURE 141 ) with one small subdistal tooth and one row of 20 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 141C View FIGURE 141 ) with two rows of 49 lamellae; apex with 14 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
