Type: Holotype ♂: “ TYPE ” // “Keoulenta” // “ MUSÉUM PARIS Nimba ( Guinée) M. Lamotte II. VI. 42” // “Ectomocoris lamottei n. sp. A.Villiers det.” [hw Villiers ] ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 ).

Type locality: Guinée , Mont Nimba: Kéoulenta [ Guinea].

Current status: Valid species.

Remarks: The abdomen of holotype is missing; according to the original description, it’s a male.
