Species distributed in the Palaearctic, known from all active life instars ( Mąkol and Wohltmann 2012, and references therein). Hitherto recorded as parasite of Opiliones : Mitopus morio (Fabricius, 1779) , Opilio ruzickai Šilhavý, 1938 ( Opiliones : Phalangiidae ) ( Beron 1975, pro L. ignotus s.
