Diagnosis. Head with black stripe between forehead and interocellar zone ( Figs 22–24 View FIGURES 22–27 ); mesosoma extensively marked with black ( Figs 22–23 View FIGURES 22–27 ); mesoscutum, mesopleuron and scutellum without yellow marks, mesoscutellum sparsely punctate ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 22–27 ); propodeum with posterior transverse carina present ( Fig. 26 View FIGURES 22–27 ); fore wing with darkened apex ( Fig. 27 View FIGURES 22–27 ) ( Gauld 2000).
Examined material. 1♀. Colombia, Caquetá: Florencia, Vereda La Viciosa, CIMAZ Macagual , 01°29’55”N, 75°39’25” W, 249 m, 18.I.–01.II.2017, trampa Malaise en bosque secundario-suelo, Y. Ramos-Pastrana (1♀, LEUA –53615) GoogleMaps .
New World geographical distribution. Colombia (Caquetá *); Costa Rica (Guanacaste) ( Yu et al. 2016). ( Fig. 28 View FIGURE 28 ).
Habitat. The specimen was collected with a Malaise-type flight interception trap at ground level in secondary forest. The vegetation of the collection site corresponds to Amazonian lowland forest.
