Diagnosis
Fore wing speculum open below; mesoscutum and scutellum strongly convex (figure 32), with two submedian, irregular rows of setae, mesoscutum with three to five pairs, scutellum with five to seven pairs; stigmal vein short; propodeum with several longitudinal ± incomplete carinae (figure 127); first gastral tergite without carinae from basal carina (as in bimaculatus (figure 135)).
