DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia , Senegal, South Africa, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Solwezi, in Northwestern Province ; Kabwe, in Central Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include a Myrtaceae species, Psidium guajava L. and a Combretaceae species, Terminalia stenostachya Engl. & Diels ( Pinhey 1975) .
