Distribution. Introduced ( Wheeler 1961). Neotropical; Galápagos: Santa Cruz.

Remarks. This species is an obligate parasitoid of the ensign coccid Praelongorthezia praelonga (Douglas) View in CoL , which lives on citrus plants ( Wheeler 1961; Poppe et al. 2018).
