Material examined. Station 25, 21 -v-2013, 3 ♂; 03-ix-2013, 1♂ 1♀.
Comments. The specimens were collected in the sand at edge of slowly flowing streams near sea water. The first record for Tunisia was by Gadeau de Kerville (1908) in the north (Tabarka, Jendouba) under the name Corixa moesta Fieber, 1848 .
Distribution. This species occurs in most of the European countries, and north of Africa ( Jansson 1995; Carapezza 1997).
