Material: 1♂, Guarda, Guarda, Corujeira e Trinta ( Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela ), 22 September 2013 ; 2♂, Guarda, Manteigas, São Pedro , 22 September 2013.

Comment: To date the species was only known from the holotype, collected along the Rio Jarama, near Algete , NE of Madrid, 9 September 1979. The species appears to be widely distributed on the Iberian Peninsula. It is remarkable that all specimens were collected in September.
