IUCN STATUS: Not Evaluated (NE).
DISTRIBUTION: Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Mpika and Kopa, in Muchinga Province. LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include: one Meliaceae species ( Ekebergia capensis Sparrm. ), two Oleaceae species ( Ligustrum sp. , and Jasminum humile L.), three Anacardiaceae species ( Protorhus longifolia (Bernh.)
Engl., Rhus laevigata L., and R. villosa L.f.), one Fagaceae species ( Quercus robur L.), one Myrtaceae species ( Psidium guajava L.), one Rosaceae species ( Malus sylvestris (L.) Mill.) and one Pinaceae species ( Pinus patula Schiede ex Schltdl. & Cham. ) ( African Moths 2019).
