Description. Head yellowish, slightly narrower than pronotum ( Figs 14, 17 View FIGURES 14–18 ). Face yellow, relatively long, with anteclypeus broad, nearly pentagonal ( Figs 16, 18 View FIGURES 14–18 ). Pronotum yellowish, with darker band along posterior margin. Scutellum yellowish, with four irregular milky white spots ( Figs 14, 17 View FIGURES 14–18 ). Forewing and hind wing almost transparent ( Figs 14, 16 View FIGURES 14–18 ).

Male abdominal apodemes extended beyond hind margin of 3rd sternite ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 19–25 ).

Male genitalia. Pygofer with dorsal appendage slightly axe shaped at apex, with obtuse ventral preapical angle and acute ventrocaudal angle ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19–25 ). Subgenital plate broadened subbasally, with one macroseta on lateral surface, several peg-like setae along dorsal margin from subbase to central part ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 19–25 ). Style apex with two acute terminal points, preapical lobe developed ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 19–25 ). Aedeagus relatively long, with one single straight, tapered ventral process almost as long as shaft; shaft slightly broadened near middle then tapered distally in lateral view; dorsal apodeme obvious in lateral view; preatrium short ( Figs 21, 22 View FIGURES 19–25 ). Connective with central lobe broad, arms relatively long, and stem absent ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 19–25 ).

Specimen examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Huajiang , 20 VI 2020, coll. Jia Jiang. Paratypes: 4♀, same data as holotype .

Measurement. Body length ♂ 1.8 mm; ♀ 1.8~2.0 mm.

Remarks. This species is similar to Kapsa (K.) quadrispina Song & Li (2012) , but differs in having the aedeagus only with one process, which is longer and arising from the base of the shaft ( Figs 21, 22 View FIGURES 19–25 ); and the pygofer dorsal appendage with apex axe-like ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19–25 ).

Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word “uniaxialis” which refers to the aedeagus only have one process ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 19–25 ).
