DISTRIBUTION. — Vietnam ( Annam).
NOTE Lagerstroemia micrantha View in CoL is only known from the type. Furtado & Srisuko (1969) mention that it is very similar to Lagerstroemia subcostata Koehne (1883: 20) View in CoL , from S China (Kuang-tung = Guangdong) and Taiwan. More collections are needed to determine its real status.
