Discussion: The type-species of the genus is closely related to L. hirtellus but differs by its dorsal coloration, smaller size, different interocular space, and by the more slender and curved left paramere. Author examined the type series of Cardiastethus aequinoctialis Poppius, 1909 , and he considers it to be a junior synonym of L. pallidulus .
