Diagnosis. This species can be distinguished from all other Sudila species by the following combination of characters: body black; hairs very sparse; sculpture coarse, especially on mesoscutum; genal margin round, eye a trifle wider than genal; basal 1/2 of propodeal dorsum with longitudinal ridges.

Description. Female. BL= 6.5 mm. Body black without metallic tint; apical of mandible, wing vein dark brown; tegula, tarsus except basitarsus brown; tibial spur fawn; wing brown and transparent. Hairs whitish and sparse; apical of clypeus with a raw simple, pale yellow brown bristles; eye with glabrous hairs; tibia, basitarsus and apical of T5 with yellowish brown hairs; scopa well developed.

Head nearly as long as wide. Labrum with basal tubercle. Clypeus anterior margin truncate; clypeal tooth mild, anterior with fastigiated punctures become longitudinal furrows; punctures on supraclypeal area coarse, IS= 1; sculptures on ocellocular area disɭΓibuɭed uneven, IS= 0.5–2; punctures on frons area coarse, IS= 0.25; frontal carina distinct, upward exceeding the anterior ocellus lower margin; inner upper margin of eyes concave, lower convergent; scape attaining the lateral ocellus. Frontal view of head as in Fig. 9 View FIGURES 9 – 14 . seen laterally, gena margin round ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ), EW: GW= 9: 8, with longitudinally striate; HL: HW= 66: 67; IOD: OOD: Od: OCD= 11: 13: 7: 6; UOD: MOD: LOD= 49: 54: 37; scape L: pedicel L: F1L: F2L: F3L: F4L: F5L: F6L: F7L: F8L: F9L: F10L= 33: 6: 5: 2: 3: 4: 5: 5: 6: 6: 7: 9; F2L: F2W= 3: 7. Antenna as in Fig. 11 View FIGURES 9 – 14 .

Mesoscutum and scutellum with coarse punctures, IS= 1–2 ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 15 B); medianmesoscutal line and parapsidal line distinct; mesepisternum finely granular, upper area with transverse striation, lower area with a mild but characteristic tubercle ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ); metepisternum, lateral surface of propodeum with transverse striation; propodeal dorsum truncate apically, basal 1/2 with longitudinal ridges as in Fig. 13 View FIGURES 9 – 14 and Fig. 15 View FIGURES 15 D; not separated with carina from lateral and posterior surface; MCL: MTL: PDL= 32: 13: 15.

WL= 5.5 mm. Fore wing with veins 1r-m, 2r-m, 2m-Cu and M-b narrower than Rs-a and M-a; 2m-Cu and M-b narrower than 1r-m; hamuli arranged in 2-1-2.

Basitibial plate elongate oval, apically pointed; inner hind tibial spur with 5 distinct, fastigiated, pectinate teeth ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 9 – 14 ).

Metasoma elongate oval. Posterior areas of T1–T5 straightforwards, the wrinkle not obvious. T1 fine and sparsely punctures on anterior area nearly smooth, middle area IS= 2; T2, T3 and T4 IS= 2–3, anterior area coarser than posterior areas; T5 IS= 1; T6 hidden in T5 below, with U-shaped pygidial plate; sting L= 0.35 mm.
