Alten et al. (2009) described Liberedaxia View in CoL , but did not inform the subtribe of the genus. Currently, Liberedaxia View in CoL has been included in the two subtribes of Oemini View in CoL : Oemina ( Tavakilian and Chevillotte 2022; Monné and Nearns 2023); Methioidina ( Bezark 2023b) . However, the eyes are finely faceted ( Figures 11–14 View Figures 9–15 ), the lower eye lobes are proportionally small ( Figure 14 View Figures 9–15 ), not reaching inferior area of the head, and the metathoracic discrimen ( Figure 15 View Figures 9–15 ) is distinct only on the posterior half. Therefore, Liberedaxia View in CoL would be included in Methioidina .
