Comment: Like L. bimembre , L. duplex is wing-dimorphic, with the macropterous morph much rarer than the micropterous morph. Accordingly, only two out of the 30 above specimens, both of them females, are macropterous. Some of the specimens were collected at or near the localities where the types were found.
