Remarks. Dorsally yellow with black elytral apices which may extend anteriorly so that almost all the elytron is black except for the paler humeri and anterior margin. The abdominal segments 4−6 in the male, and 4 and 5 in the female, were described as luminous. The dorsal colour pattern approaches several Curtos spp. but the differing elytral colour pattern also suggests more than one species could have been examined originally.
