Comments

ΨΨ are characterized by the strikingly broad and massive body (average body width 20.0–23.0 mm), which makes them some of the world’s largest and heaviest insects, less prominent and unarmed mesopleurae which are gradually widened towards the posterior, just very gently rounded lateral margins of the abdominal tergites and dorsally unarmed meso­ and metafemora. Body lengths of ΨΨ including the subgenital plate 203.0–239.0 mm. ɗɗ unknown.
