This is one of the most abundant species in the BCP and has been previously recorded by ASUHIC, BBSL, and UCRC ( GBIF 2023 View Materials ). We examined specimens collected in the Central Desert in October 1997 (1 ♀), Vizcaíno Desert in March 1981 (1 ♂; BBSL), Magdalena Plains in August 1966 (2 ♀, 1 ♂; EMEC), and Sarcocaulescent Shrubland in August 1966 (1 ♂; EMEC) and November 2013 (1 ♀, 1 ♂; BBSL). Additionally, The BBPT collected this species in the Succulent Coastal Sage (1 ♀), Lower Colorado Desert (10 ♀), Central Desert (1 ♀), Gulf Coast (1 ♀, 1 ♂), La Giganta Ranges (1 ♂), and the Magdalena Plains (3 ♀). Voucher specimens are in MABC , and ECOAB. See fig. 230 .
