Female. Frons and top of thorax brown, sides of thorax paler. The antials higher on frons than upper SAs and POs slightly closer together than antials. ALs and MLs absent. Postpedicel width about 0.4x length of eye, subglobose, light yellowish brown and with a pair of SPS vesicles. Palps whitish grey, about 0.6x as wide as postpedicel, and with 3 longer and 3 shorter bristles and a dozen hairs. Labrum yellowish brown and about 1.4x as broad as a postpedicel. Labella narrow and very pale. Scutellum with an inner pair of long bristles and an outer pair of fine hairs (about as long as those at rear of scutum). Abdominal tergites brown and T4 and T5 as Fig. 21 View FIGURES 21 – 22 . Venter greyish brown with hairs below segments 3–6 and on flanks of 5 and 6. Cerci pale grey and about 3.3x as long as greatest breadth. Legs mainly straw yellow but hind femora are a little dusky. Wing 0.80–0.96mm long. Costal index 0.50–0.53. Costal ratios 0.66–0.73: 1. Costal section 2 in basal two thirds (at least) distinctly thicker than vein 3. Thick veins yellowish grey, 4–6 grey but 7 very pale. Membrane lightly tinged grey.

Material. Holotype female, Philippines, Palawan, Camay Valley, 10o10’N, 119o10’E, 3–9 September 1985, R. Harvey (leg. R. S. George) ( UCZM, 3-144). Paratypes, 2 females as holotype.

Etymology. Named after the type locality.
