( Figs 4 View Figures 1–10 , 15 View Figures 15–20 )
Miltochrista koshunica Strand, 1917 View in CoL , Archiv für Naturgeschichte 82 A (3): 127 (Type locality: “[ Taiwan] “ Kankau (Koshun) … Alikang ”).
Type material examined. Lectotype (designated herein) ( Figs 4 View Figures 1–10 , 15 View Figures 15–20 ): male, printed label “ Alikang | Formosa | Sauter XI 07 09” / “ Miltochrista koshunica ♂ m. (handwritten) Strand det. (printed)” / printed red label “ SYNTYPUS ” / handwritten red label LECTOTYPE | Inoue, 87”, slide Inoue (Coll. SDEI) .
Note. One of syntypes deposited in the collection of SDEI has been dissected and labelled as lectotype by Hiroshi Inoue. Nevertheless, Inoue did not publish the nomenclatural act of the lectotype designation therefore that specimen had a syntype status until now. Here I designate it as lectotype.
Distribution. Endemic to the island of Taiwan.
