Type fixation. Holotype, ♀, 2.4 mm.—Original designation.

Material ( see Just 1981, Barbados). Holotype, ovigerous ♀, 2.4 mm, ( NHMD 83636 ).

Paratypes. NHMD 83637–40 (43 specimens) , NHMD 83641 (1 specimen) , NHMD 83642 (1 specimen) , NHMD 83643 (1 specimen) .

Distribution. Barbados, Gulf of Mexico (SW Florida), Caribbean Sea ( Belize, Venezuela).
