Smetana, 2005b: 576 ( Type locality: Yunnan: Haba Mts. Bailakou pass , 3300 m) ; Schülke & Smetana, 2015: 1085 (Catalog of Palaearctic Region).

Distribution. Miobdelus rufipes is at present known from Haba Shan in Yunnan Province.
