PHENOLOGY.— Flowering: July–November; fruiting: July–September.

DISTRIBUTION.— Mexico (Coah., S.L.P., Tamps.).

HABITAT.— Desertscrub.

ELEVATION.— 1040–1600 meters.

NOTES.— Daniel (1982) provided a description of this Chihuahuan Desert species ( Fig. 3F ), which is rare in Tamaulipas.
