Material examined. Dam Bay, mangrove plantation, 2 specimens.
Abundance. Rare.
Measurements. Up to 30 mm ( Okutani 2000).
Ecological notes. Occurs on sand, gravel, rocky bottoms and coral reefs in intertidal zone, in shallow water, tide pools, under stones or among seagrasses ( Okutani 2000; Takahiro 2005).
In studied sites it was found on mud surface in lowest part of intertidal zone.
Relation to mangroves. Eurybiotic.
Distribution in Vietnam. Central coast, southern delta ( Thach 2005).
General distribution. Widely distributed in Indo-Pacific, from Japan to South Africa ( Takahiro 2005).
