Der Typus konnte in Paris nicht entdeckt werden und muss als verschollen gelten. Die Angabe „Die vordersten und mittlern Füfse sind ganz schwarzbraun, die Hinterfüfse haben gelbe Schenkel mit schwarzer Spizze, die Schienenbeine eine gelbe Wurzel“ schliesst die hellbeinige Form von Thecophora pusilla auct. aus.
