Specimen measured. SP (1, paratype).
Dorsal shield of female usually ornamented with rounded elements, except for a smooth lateral band, 325 long and 190 wide. Setal lengths: j1 20, j3 18, j4 12, j5 15, j6 16, J2 20, J5 11, z2 16, z4 16, z5 13, Z1 20, Z4 26, Z5 50, s4 20, S2 23, S4 23, S5 21, r3 17 and R1 18. Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 60, st2–st2 54, st5–st5 64. Ventrianal shield 120 long, 118 wide at level of Zv2 and 112 at anus level. Spermathecal calyx saccular, 12 long; atrium c-shaped. Fixed cheliceral digit 31 long; movable digit 34 long; number of teeth on cheliceral digits not distinguishable. Leg macrosetae absent .
Distribution in Brazil. São Paulo (Gondim Jr. & Moraes, 2001).
Distribution elsewhere. Not reported.
Remarks. Species described from Brazil and known only from the type specimens.
