Nonagria impudica Staudinger, 1892 , in Romanoff (ed.), Mémoires sur les Lépidoptéres 6: 470, pl. 9, fig. 3 (Type locality: Russian far East, Khabarovsk (“Chabarofka“).
Material examined. A lectotype is hereby designated for Nonagria impudica : male, "Sutschansk, go. Dörr." / "Origin" / "ex coll. Staudinger 2/6" / "52" / " Nonagria impudica Stg. " / " Paratypus ", Slide 12127GB Behounek (Coll. NKMB); Paralectotype: female, "3/8 [18]77, Chabarowka, Amur" / "Amur Hed." / "Origin" / " Paratypus ", Slide 12153GB Behounek (Coll. NKMB). Other material examined. 1 male, 1 female, [Russian Far East, Khabarovsk area], Amur, Coll. Great Prince Nikolaj Mikhajlovich (Coll. ZISP); 1 female, [Primorie area, Vladivostok vicinity], De Friz peninsula, 20.vii.1955, leg. A. Kurentzov (Coll. ZISP); 3 females, [Primorie area], Khasan lake, 25–26.viii.1966, leg. A. Lisetskij, ex coll., A.V. Nekrasov (Coll. ZISP). Gen. preparates Matov (male, female).
Diagnosis. Wingspan 32–34 mm, length of forewing 15–16 mm. Externally ( Figs 27–30 View FIGURES 21 – 30 ) differs from P. brevilinea brevilinea ( Figs 23–26 View FIGURES 21 – 30 ) by somewhat broader forewing and paler wing colouration. In the male genitalia P. brevilinea impudica ( Fig. 45, 46 View FIGURES 43 – 52 ) differs from P. brevilinea brevilinea ( Fig. 45 View FIGURES 43 – 52 ) by shorter uncus and penicular lobes, somewhat broader cucullus, somewhat narrower and more sclerotised vesica. The female genitalia ( Fig. 52 View FIGURES 43 – 52 ) differ from those of P. brevilinea brevilinea ( Fig. 51 View FIGURES 43 – 52 ) by longer apophyses posteriores, broader sclerotised margin of antrum, broader but shorter ductus bursae and broader appendix bursae.
