B. Subgenus Nymphrytria , subgen. nov.

Type species. As for the genus.

Diagnosis. From the preceding subgenus distinguished by the reduced number of apical spines of front- and midtibia and by the diffferent structures of subgenital plate and right phallomere.

Male characters. Wings: fully developed.—Tibia armament: [3.5.0][8.5.0][6.5.3–4], 7 of the 8 dorsal spines of the midtibia densely arranged in two longitudinal rows, the most dorsally situated row with four rather strong and long spines, continued by a similarly strong apical spine ( Fig. 2G ).—Subgenital plate: posterior half covered with strong bristles, Figs. 12G , 13A .—Right phallomere: Type 5a, Fig. 12H .

Female characters. Tibia armament: [3.6.0][7.5.0][5–6.5.3–4], hindtibia ventrally towards the apical third broadened, more or less wedge-shaped, Fig. 2F ; midtibia with 7 dorsal spines, as in the male in two longitudinal rows, Fig. 2G .—Tarsi: without a claw.

Number of species: 1 (No. 37).
