Biology. Unknown.
Note. Described from ‘Tauria’, that is modern Crimea in Ukraine. Wanat (2007) re-examined type series that labelled as ‘Taurus’ ( Turkey). Wagner (1910) recorded Oxystoma insignicolle from both Crimea and Turkey, nevertheless its occurrence in Ukraine is not confirmed by samples.
