Holotype: ♀. Chile, V Región, PN La Campana , 22-24-ago-2003, Co. Alejandro Vera ( MNNC) .
Diagnosis: The elytral color pattern, as exhibited in Fig. 94 View Figs 90-96 , distinguishes members of P. bicolor from the remaining species of the Labasiella complex.
Description: This species was adequately described and illustrated by SOLERVICENS (2006: 24). Additional characteristics involve: Antenna as in Fig. 13 View Figs 1-27 , pronotum as in Fig. 39 View Figs 28-43 , elytral asetiferous punctures striate, epipleural margin minutely serrulate near elytral apex, and habitus as in Fig. 94. View Figs 90-96
Distribution ( Fig.70 View Fig 70 ): This species is known only from Chile.
