Isotypus: USA. New Mexico, Ghost Ranch, Monastery Road, highway 85, on dung of large herbivore (Deer or Elk) in moist chamber, collected 21 Sep 2010, wetted 24 Jan 2011, harvested 11 Mar 2011, DWM 7759 [nine boxes, K-M001435020], ( Fig. 6G View FIGURE 6 ).

Notes. Mitchell has 9 boxes resulting from culture of this species that were used in its description. However, his collection numbers were not mentioned in the publication ( Mitchell et al. 2011: 105) In spite of this, the information on the labels is the same as that of the holotype in AH 39329, so we are sure that these are isotypes. It is worth noting that on the handwritten labels Mitchell named the locality as Missionary Road on some, and Monastery Road on others (see Fig. 6G View FIGURE 6 ), but in his notebook only Monastery Road is mentioned so it must be a simple error. A further isotype is in the collection of one of the authors of this paper (dwb 3510).
