Description:— Cheype (2010: 56)
Habitat and distribution:—On sandy soil with rotten bamboo leaves. Specimens were collected in fragments of secondary upland forests, a successional type of lowland ombrophilous dense forests. It is known from Central and South America ( Calonge et al. 2005, Cheype 2010). This is the first record for Brazil.
