Santinezia ortizi Roewer, 1952: 56 (male holotype, “ Peru, San Martin, near Uchiza, Puerto Huicte, Rio Hullaga, SMF-RII- 9806/85”, examined); Pinto-da-Rocha & Kury 2003: 193; Kury 2003: 98.

Diagnosis. Male genitalia. Ventral plate slightly concave on distal border, lateral borders narrowed on base and on median region. With 2–3 basal setae, 3–5 distal, all setae conical. Stylus with apex inflated, with stylar apophysis ( Fig. 15 A, B). For the rest see Pinto-da-Rocha & Kury 2003: 193.
