Comments: Phillips (1983) provided locality data that confirms the above records from California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming; she also included records from Arizona, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Kentucky, and Maryland, which would constitute new records.
