Male (n = 1)

Total length not measurable. Wing length 0.92 mm. Wing length / length of profemur 2.09. Thorax, abdomen, femur, tibia and tarsi brown.

Head. AR 0.75. Ultimate flagellomere 254 µm long.

Thorax. Acrostichals 6, dorsocentrals 8, prealars 3. Scutellum with 4 setae.

Wing. Anal lobe reduced. VR 1.28. Brachiolum with 1 seta, Sc with 0 setae, R with 8, R 1 with 23, R 4+5 with 26, M with 8, RM with 1, M 1+2 with 22, M 3+4 with 12, Cu with 6, Cu 1 with 2 PCu with 11, An with 4 setae. Cells with very few and sparse macrotrichia. Squama damaged, with 2–3 setae according to Tokunaga (1964).

Legs. Scale on foretibia 19 µm long, subtriangular but not apically pointed and without apical spur. Spurs on midtibia 14 µm long, on hind tibia 38 µm long. Comb on midtibia 14 µm long, combs on hind tibia 14 µm and 12 µm long. Width at apex of foretibia 19 µm, of midtibia 31 µm, of hind tibia 35 µm. Length and proportions of legs as in Table 32.

Hypopygium. Tergite IX and laterosternite IX not discernible. Anal point 22 µm long, 6 µm wide at base, nearly parallel-sided towards 2 µm wide apex. Transverse sternapodeme 13 µm long; phallapodeme not discernible. Gonocoxite 75 µm long. Superior volsella ( Fig. 15G) 35 µm long, base bare without inner setae; projection slender, curved apically, with 1 subapical seta.
