Diagnosis. Length of fore wing 4.50–5.12 mm; metanotal process with apex truncated; propodeum with wide and deep excavated cavity; species black, with few yellow marks; T1–T3 with distal narrow bands; male with ventral process of aedeagus approximately trapezoidal, not projecting laterally, strongly sclerotized and not serrated ( Fig. 47 View FIGURES 45–55 ); preapical region of aedeagus angular ( Fig. 47 View FIGURES 45–55 ).

Male Genitalia. Parameral spine narrow, without elongate bristles; basal and apical angle of paramere widened ( Fig. 45 View FIGURES 45–55 ); digitus narrow, with apical margin approximately rounded ( Fig. 48 View FIGURES 45–55 ); basal process and posterodorsal lobe of digitus narrow and acuminate ( Fig. 48 View FIGURES 45–55 ); digitus and cuspis covered with few elongated bristles; ventral process of aedeagus approximately trapezoidal, not projecting laterally, strongly sclerotized and not serrated ( Fig. 47 View FIGURES 45–55 ); preapical region of aedeagus angular ( Fig. 47 View FIGURES 45–55 ).
