( Figs. 16−20 View FIGURES 16 − 20 , 36 View FIGURES 35 − 40. 35 )

Male. Head black in ground color, pale brown gena below eye; fronto-orbital plate with dark grayish pruinosity, more darkened on upper portion; parafacial, face and postorbit with grayish white pruinosity; gena and postorbit with dark grayish pruinosity, blackish on upper occiput; antenna brown, apical portion of scape and base of 1st flagellomere narrowly reddish; palpus reddish yellow. Frons strongly narrowed on posterior 3/ 8; face about 3/4 as long as frons in profile, about 4/5 as wide as long at level of vibrissae; parafacial narrowed below, about 1/2 as wide as 1st flagellomere at middle height; gena about 1/6 of eye height. Inner vertical seta fine, less than 1/3 of eye height; outer vertical seta indistinct; ocellar seta rather strong, slightly longer than inner vertical seta; 9−10 frontal setae, upper setae fine and second lowest seta strong, lowest seta nearly level with base of antenna; vibrissa level with lower margin of face; genal dilation with a row of long hairs on lower portion; postocular setae short except upper 4–5 setae, close to posterior margin of eye on upper portion. Antenna with pedicel bearing a long seta almost 2/3 as long as 1st flagellomere; 1st flagellomere about 3.5 times as long as pedicel; total width of arista including plumosity as wide as 1st flagellomere. Palpus slightly shorter than 1st flagellomere.

Thorax black in ground color, with thin dark brownish pruinosity on posterodorsal portion of postpronotal lobe, notopleural area, subscutellum and pleura, pruinosity rather grayish on proepisternum and ketepimeron. Hairs on dorsum dense, fine short and erect, longer and stronger on scutellum; 1 presutural acrostichal setae, no postsutural seta; 2 katepisternal setae; subapical scutellar setae about 2 times as long as scutellum and basal seta, widely separated, distance between their bases more than twice that between basal and subapical setae of corresponding side; apical scutellar seta about 3/4 as long as subapical seta.

Wing hyaline, tinged with brown, the brownish tinge fading posteriorly and very thin outside dm-cu crossvein, on cell cua1 and anal lobe; calypteres translucent brown, lower calypter with pale brownish fringe. Costa between subcosta and vein R1 about 1/3 as long as that between veins R1 and R2+3; bend of vein M about 2.5 times closer to wing margin than to dm-cu crossvein; last section of vein CuA1 about 1/2 as long as dm-cu crossvein.

Legs black, with thin grayish brown pruinosity on anterior portions of coxae; pulvilli pale brown. Fore tibia with 2 posterior setae; mid tibia with 1 anterodorsal and 4 posterodorsal setae; hind tibia with a row of anterodorsal setae of irregular length, 4−5 posterodorsal setae, without ventral seta. Claws and pulvilli as long as 5th tarsomere.

Abdomen black, with thin whitish pruinosity on anterolateral 1/4 of 3rd and 4th tergites. Abdominal dorsum with dense fine and erect hairs; syntergite 1+2 with 1 fine lateral marginal seta; 3rd tergite with 2 median discal, 1 lateral discal, 4 median marginal and 2 lateral marginal setae; 4th and 5th tergites each with regularly set rows of strong discal and marginal setae.

Male terminalia. Pregonite with 2 setae, apical seta about 2/3 as long as phallus; surstylus rather narrow in lateral view, weakly curved dorsally near apex, with several fine hairs on dorsal portion; cerci in dorsal view weakly constricted at middle, completely fused on basal 2/3 and suture obliterated, rather widely separated on apical 1/3; epiphallus wide and straight.

Female. Unknown.

Body length: 6.8 mm.
