Comment. The species is characterized by having an intergonocoxal lobe on the ventral base of the hypopygium, densely covered with long, lanceolate hyaline bristles. The apex of the gonostylus is broadly rounded, with a few fine hyaline spines in between hairs. It resembles Psl. subjucunda sp. n.
Distribution. USA (Arizona, New York, Rhode Island, Virginia, Washington).
