Most important morphological characters:

Robust plant with oblanceolate, irregularly toothed, cauline leaves and medium-sized to robust most developed basal leaves with angle 40–90° of leaf base. Basal cycle leaves with very different form of leaf blades – most developed leaves with 3-lobed leaf blade with unlobed lateral segments, but, at same time, smallest leaves with whole and with dissected leaf blades. Flowers with fully or nearly fully developed petals.

Distribution and ecology in Latvia: Occurs rarely and scattered, in two types of habitats – in old parks in Ezere, Juzefova, Nogale, Užava as well as in natural habitats – in alluvial grasslands in Burtnieki, Meirāni, Niderkūni (Daugavpils) and other places.
