Diagnosis. Body length 13 mm, forewing length 15–20 mm, hindwing length 16–18 mm. Head without spots. Antennae yellow. Frons, clypeus and gena not marked. Maxillary and labial palpi brownish yellow. Thorax not marked. Legs with dense setae. Pretarsal claws brown, with basal dilation. Forewing with dense setae, inner gradate series brown; costal area with 30 crossveins; pterostigma pale brown; 16 radial crossveins and 8–9 psm-psc crossveins present; m1 smaller than m2; im ovoid; c1 smaller than c2; dcc opened; CuP brown, with brown shadings; inner gradate series with 12 brown crossveins, outer gradate series with 10 crossveins. Hindwing narrow; 18 radial crossveins and 9 psm-psc crossveins present; inner gradate series with 10 crossveins, outer gradate series with 9 crossveins.

Distribution. China (Sichuan).

Remarks. Banks (1942) established R. grahami and R. chione , which were both collected from Sichuan, and noted that they are very similar except for a difference in body size. We do not agree that such a small body size difference can be used as an identification character and thus treat R. chione as a synonym of R. grahami . This species is similar to R. parvula in brown inner gradates and brown shading on CuP of forewing. Breitkreuz (2018) offered habitus photo of this species, but genital characteristics are unknown.
